Welcome to your new home at Temple Place
Of course the location is perfect! – Temple Place is at the heart of Bristol, with everything you could possibly hope for on hand. Imagine strolling along streets, lined with places to work, shop or chill out with friends. Picture yourself dining at a romantic rooftop restaurant, far above the city lights, whiling away an hour or two with friends at a pavement café or bar or perhaps browsing the produce stalls at a European-style market.
Living here means being within walking distance of Wapping Wharf, Finzels Reach, Harbourside and Bristol’s Shopping Quarter. The lifestyle opportunities at Temple Place are enticing – and endless.
City Living At Its Best…
Wouldn’t you just love to live in a city named as Europe’s trendiest and friendliest, the first green capital and, outside London, the best place to live, for young people?
Quirky and unique, Bristol is a creative hotspot, home to cutting-edge theatre, street art, gorgeous graffiti and up-and-coming artists. It’s also famed for its history, museums, galleries and art house cinema – indeed, it was UNESCO’s City of Film.
Love shopping? From independent pop-up shops to malls, vintage fashion to designer boutiques and markets galore, the choice is overwhelming – especially at Christmas when a mile of markets stretches from the city’s Shopping Quarter to Harbourside.
So Much To Do…
Whether you’re into hot air balloons or craft beer, gin or rum, the arts or music, food or film, you’ll find a festival in Bristol. And, when the sun sets, the city lets it hair down. Bristol’s nightlife is legendary, with clubs featuring top-name DJs and local venues hosting live music, comedy, speakeasies and the spoken word scene.
Living at Temple Place provides endless possibilities. Take a dip in the lido, sail round the harbour, view the city from the heights of the suspension bridge or from the basket of a hot air balloon, head for the Mendip Hills or take in the green open spaces of the Downs – ‘the lungs of the city’ – and breathe deeply.
This is a place you’ll be happy to call home.
All The Right Connections…
Pedal power comes into its own in Bristol, the UK’s first ‘cycling city’ but if you prefer public transport, there are plenty of local bus routes or you could take a ferry from the harbour to one of the city’s landmarks.
Travelling by car? The M32 links with the M4 and M5 motorways so whether you’re driving the 12 miles to Bath or the 120 miles to London or heading to Wales, the West Country or the Midlands, you’ll be well placed.
Leave the car at home and jump on a train – Temple Meads Station is within walking distance and you could be in Swindon in just over half an hour by rail, in Reading within 70 minutes and in London Paddington in less than two hours – and there are excellent rail connections from Bristol Parkway Station. If you’re going abroad, it’s easy to hop on a plane when Bristol’s airport is only 8 miles south of the city.
